We offer many different classes, so there’s always one that suits your desires. We have indicated the intensity of the classes by using peppers. If you are looking to relax try our one pepper classes or the Yoga Nidra (deep sleep meditation). If you want to challenge yourself a bit more or if you are a beginner try our 2 pepper classes and if you really want to challenge your strength, flexibility and stamina check our 3 pepper classes. We believe yoga is for everyone, therefor we offer a free 7 day trial pass for you try out our classes to find your perfect fit!

Vinyasa Flow 🌶️🌶️

Vinyasa is a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike.

Hip Hop Flow 🌶️🌶️

A Vinyasa Flow inspired sequence that uses HipHop and R&B music to creat a fun and energetic vibe. In this class you will work towards a flow that you will place on the music like a choreography. Working with breath, movement and music.

Rocket 🌶️🌶️

The Rocket oroutine is a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series. The routine is suitable for all levels and the perfect marriage of temp and sequence.

Flow and Chill is our Yin/Yang class. You’ll start of the first half of class with a sweet soft flow, to than go into the deeper tissues of the body by resting into some yin poses. The perfect combo.

Yin Yoga🌶️

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of modern yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for a longer period of time, ranging from 2-7 minutes. This class is perfect if you want to relax the mind and stretch the body.

Slow Flow🌶️

Our Slow Flow classes help you find the space between poses while still retaining the gentle rhythm of a flow yoga class. Slow Flow classes are a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha yoga, with fewer transitions than Vinyasa yoga and more flow than Hatha yoga.

A vinyasa style flow where you build step by step towards a certain pose, where you get the freedom to choose between the different options, creating your own flow depending on your energy.

Yoga Nidra

Sleep Yoga is a deep meditation that combines breath work, relaxing- and awareness techniques combined with hypnosis and visualizations. You enter a ‘deep sleep state’ where your body returns to its purest self and activates self healing.

The name says it all. This class is a powerful class all about the play. Be prepared to flow deeply into yourself and have fun! You start with a strong vinyasa flow to warm the body and strengthen and then you explore and practice a certain advanced pose.

Relax & Restore🌶️

Using blankets, bolsters, straps and blocks to put your body into very relaxing postures. A combination of restorative yin, breath works and yoga Nidra. This class is perfect if you just feel like taking a warm yoga bath into the cosiest places of yourself.
