TYPES OF YOGA

We offer many different classes, so there’s always one that suits your desires. We have indicated the intensity of the classes by using peppers. If you are looking to relax try our one pepper classes or the Yoga Nidra (deep sleep meditation). If you want to challenge yourself a bit more or if you are a beginner try our 2 pepper classes and if you really want to challenge your strength, flexibility and stamina check our 3 pepper classes.

Flow & Chill 🌶️🌶️/🌶️

Flow and Chill is our Yin/Yang class. You’ll start of the first half of class with a sweet soft flow, to than go into the deeper tissues of the body by resting into some yin poses. The perfect combo.

Flow & explore 🌶️🌶️

A dynamic vinyasa flow practice where you get to explore new poses and movements. Great class if you want to explore more of your body and practice while moving and flowing on your breath. 

Yin Yoga 🌶️

Yin yoga is a slow-paced style of modern yoga with postures, or asanas, that are held for a longer period of time, ranging from 2-7 minutes. This class is perfect if you want to relax the mind and stretch the body. 

Rocket 🌶️🌶️/🌶️🌶️🌶️

The Rocket oroutine is a series of postures based on a modification of the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga primary and intermediate series. The routine is suitable for all levels and the perfect marriage of temp and sequence.

Morning Flow 🌶️

Start your morning the best way possible with a combination of breathwork, easy flowing vinyasa and meditation.
